1-Year Limited Warranty
Registered Boryoza products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Product registration is required to obtain service under this limited warranty.
If a product develops a covered manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Boryoza may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, liquid or impact damage, unauthorized modification or repair, or problems caused by unsupported equipment or use outside documented compatibility.
Camera and lens manufacturers may change firmware or product behavior. Boryoza provides firmware updates for supported products when appropriate, but compatibility can depend on specific camera, lens, and firmware combinations.
Register the product in My Products, then email info@boryoza.com with your order information, product model, and a description of the issue. Proof of purchase may be required.
This limited warranty does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
